Usually not. We need access to the roofline, downspouts and an outdoor spigot if washing is included. Let us know about locked gates or pets in your request.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Central Ohio?
Twice a year works for most homes — late fall after the leaves drop, and spring. Homes under heavy tree cover or near pines may need more.
Do gutter guards eliminate gutter maintenance?
No. Guards reduce how much debris gets in, but they still need occasional checks and cleaning, especially under heavy trees.
What happens if weather affects my appointment?
We reschedule. Roof and gutter work needs safe, dry conditions, so we’ll contact you and move the visit to the next available day.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Send the address, the service you need and photos if you have them.
What if you find damage or another problem?
We photograph it and explain what we saw. You decide whether to address it — nothing is added to the job without your approval.
