About pressure & soft washing
Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions to lift dirt, mildew and algae from siding, soffits, gutters and other more delicate surfaces. High pressure on these can force water behind siding, strip paint or damage materials — so we don't use it there.
Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard, durable surfaces: concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios and pavers. That's where it does its best work, lifting ground-in dirt and stains.
Exterior cleaning pairs well with gutter work and window cleaning, so the whole outside of the house looks finished at once.
